Judy and Dave were so helpful. We were still in Iowa and they made it easy to complete the Purchase Agreement long distance. They coordinated things with our lender and insurance agent. All of our questions were answered. Once we arrived in Naples, all we had to do was wire our down payment and sign the closing documents. We love our new condo.
